What Is Adobe Acrobat

And Why Is Harbor watch Using It?

Adobe Acrobat is a format which allows publishers to create multi page documents with a wider flexibility of layout and greater control over presentation than is available using HTML. Documents in this format can easily be distributed and printed without first visiting every page as would be necessary with HTML.

The Acrobat Reader, which enables such documents to be viewed, can be downloaded free of charge from the Adobe WWW site. It is available for a wide range of platforms.

For more general information about the Adobe Acrobat Reader see the Adobe Acrobat page. To acquire your copy, visit the Acrobat download page. To read about the planned integration of the Acrobat Reader into Netscape as a plug-in application which will run seamlessly within the Netscape window visit the Netscape 3.0 plug-in page.
