During the 1998 racing season the Lake Chaplain PHRF committee voted to  increase the allowable headsail size without incurring a penalty to 155% of  "J".  Concern was voiced regarding this decision by members of  the club.  After careful consideration by both the PHRF Committee, and the board of the Lake Champlain Racing Conference the 1998 decision shall remain and the maximum allowable headsail shall be 155% of "J".
