The City of Burlington, Vermont was recently appropriated $875,000 throughout the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to repair its deteriorating breakwater. The 4,157 foot long structure spans Burlington Harbor and was completed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 1890
